Terms of Service

Last updated July 11, 2026

1. Who we are

LoopUpward ("LoopUpward", "we", "us") is a personal growth and productivity application operated by Adarsh, an individual based in India, accessible at loopupward.com and app.loopupward.com. By creating an account or using LoopUpward, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

LoopUpward lets you capture thoughts and goals, organize them into a structured system, track daily actions, and review your progress over time. A free tier is available with reasonable limits on the number of areas, goals, and history retained; a paid Premium subscription removes those limits, described on our Pricing page.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use LoopUpward.
  • You may delete your account and data at any time from within the app.

4. Your content

You retain full ownership of everything you create in LoopUpward: your goals, notes, journal entries, and reflections. We don't claim any rights over your content and won't sell it or use it to train models. You can export your data at any time.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you choose (quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly) via our payment processor, Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancelling and refunds.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use LoopUpward to store unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or access other users' accounts without authorization. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

7. Availability & changes

We aim to keep LoopUpward available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these Terms or the product itself over time; material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

8. Limitation of liability

LoopUpward is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
