Refund & Cancellation Policy

LoopUpward Premium is a recurring subscription (quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly), billed in advance and processed securely through Razorpay. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from inside the app, or by emailing hello@loopupward.com. There's no lock-in and no cancellation fee. When you cancel:
- Your subscription won't renew or be charged again.
- You keep full Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- After that, your account automatically continues on the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
2. Refunds
Because you keep access for the full period you've paid for, we don't offer prorated refunds for cancelling early or for unused time within an active billing period.
We do offer a full refund if:
- You were charged due to a technical error on our end (e.g. a duplicate charge).
- You cancel within 48 hours of your very first Premium purchase and haven't made meaningful use of Premium-only features.
To request a refund, email hello@loopupward.com with your account email and the payment reference from your Razorpay receipt. We review every request personally and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method and typically reflect within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
3. Failed or disputed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry a few times and notify you by email; your account simply reverts to Free if payment can't be completed. You're never charged for a period you didn't get access to.
